How to Buy
- Choose from our Stock or Contact your sales person in order to buy from Auction or other sources
- After agreeing the price and terms, you will receive Proforma Invoice
- Process your payment into our Bank Account or request PayPal / Credit Card invoice for payment
- Once the unit is bought or selected from stock, we will apply shipment.
- Once the shipment is confirmed, buyer will pay as per agreed terms
- Original BL and documents will be release upon receiving of 100% payment
Refund Policy:
No Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, all vehicle sales are final. Once payment is received and the vehicle purchase is confirmed, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Inspection & Verification
Buyers are responsible for verifying all vehicle details (model, year, mileage, condition, and specifications) before purchase.
We provide photographs, auction sheets, and/or inspection reports (where available) to help customers make informed decisions.
In Case of Errors
If there is a clerical or transactional error on our part (such as duplicate payment processing), we will promptly investigate and resolve the matter, including issuing a correction or refund where appropriate.
Shipping & Delivery
All shipping and customs clearance processes are handled as per the agreed terms (C&F, CIF, FOB, etc.). Any delays or additional costs due to customs regulations or buyer’s local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.
